F.A.Q.s
How long does an Invitation order take?
Please allow 6 weeks in total for your Invitations order. This is from when you first order your sample (this takes about 1 week) to when your final order arrives with you (this takes 2-3 weeks to be printed and delivered). we recommend that you book a delivery date to ensure that you receive your Invitations when you want them. Please read through our Printing Schedule page for details on how to do this.
Can you rush an order through for me?
If you are ordering late in the day please contact us to see if we can help. This would depend on the amount of orders we have booked in at the time which we must prioritise. We strongly recommend that you book a printing date with us to avoid disappointment.
How flexible are you on price?
We appreciate that weddings are set to a budget, and for this reason have put together a number of special offers and discounts for you to choose from which we hope will help. Please see our Special Offers page for details.
How can you take payment?
We can take payment by cheque or bank transfer. We are not currently set up to take card payments at the moment.
Can your designs come in different colours?
Any of our stationery can come in any colour, for no extra cost. We can colour match your stationery to a bridesmaids dress swatch, or a jpeg image of your flowers as closely as possible for FREE.
Can we use our own wording and font choices?
We usually make suggestions for wording based on whether you would prefer a traditional or modern style, but we are more than happy to use wording that you have prepared yourselves, for no extra cost.
We have provided you with a list of font choices on our Font Choices page. If you would like us to use a specific font not listed, as long as you are able to email the font folder over to us (suitable for a Mac) we would be happy to use it.
Can you print different languages?
Yes. We have typset and printed languages in Italian, German, Polish and Spanish. We are more than happy to print invitations in any language. Please note that if requiring Greek a special font would be needed (for a Mac) in order for us to typeset the wording. There is no extra cost for doing stationery in a foreign language.
