Printing Schedule
We now have a new printing schedule to help everything run smoothly, and to ensure your order arrives exactly when you want it.

Please allow 6 weeks in total…
…The whole process of choosing your design, having a personalised sample printed, making any ammendments required, to the final order being printed and delivered can take up to 6 weeks.
Personalised samples go to print every monday
Samples take approx 7 working days to arrive with you. In order for your sample to go to print, we must have received any requested ammendments/your approval by the previous friday at 12 midday.
Orders go to print every wednesday
- Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive with you after the wednesday they have gone to print.*
- Any final ammendments must be received by 2pm on tuesday of the same week.
- Payment must be cleared before your order goes to print.
Please note that if payment is late, or we don’t receive any requests for changes to the artwork in time, we may have to move your order back 1 week.

…that you book a printing date (any wednesday) with us 4-5 weeks before you would like to send your invitations out. This give us 2-3 weeks to get them to you, and gives you a couple of weeks to get them written and down the post office.
Once you have booked a printing date we will work backwards from this to ensure that everything is ready on time. This may mean we will give you a deadline of when we need information by (such as directions, maps, etc).
Please note that if you miss this deadline we may have to put your order back 1 week.
Our busiest time of year is January-July. We strongly recommend you book a printing date during this period as we can only take on a maximum amount of jobs per week.
By giving us a printing date you are under no obligation to place an order. This is purely to make sure that if you did place an order you would receive your order on time. We simply request that you let us know if you decide not to go ahead so that we can give the slot to someone else.
If you are booking well in advance, we will contact you 3 weeks before your printing date to discuss your order details.
