Matching Wedding Table Plans

Whichever wedding invitation card design you choose, there is a full range of stationery to match, from placecards to table plans. This pages explains the options available for your Table Plan.

We usually produce Table Plans which are A1 in size. An example of a Table Plan design (which matches the Rococo Wedding Invitation) is shown below:

To have an A1 quality Table Plan print sent to you, rolled in a tube (ready for you to frame yourselves) costs £70. We can have the design printed and mounted onto foam board instead (meaning you don’t need to frame it) for £130. Because the foam mounted Table Plans are so delicate, we are unable to post them so they are only available for collection.

As an alternative to a standard flat table plan (as described above), we can suggest a few ideas for something a bit different!

1) Escort Cards

Escort cards are similar to placecards (they are small pieces of card with guests names printed onto them) but they are all displayed on a table top together, in alphabetical order (making names easy for guests to spot). The guest then picks up their card, and inside it tells them which table they are sat on (eg. Table Two).

You could have Escort Cards as small cards that stand up (like placecards), or you can do something more inventive with them (eg. hang small cards from a xmas tree if you are having a winter wedding!).

2) Bunting

With the Vintage Wedding theme becoming even more popular, why not continue the trend and have each of your tables displayed as a triangle on a length of bunting? We can print the triangles for you (with guests names on), and fix them to a ribbon colour of your choice, ready for you to display in your venue!
