Cancelling an order
Once an order has been sent to print (on the pre-booked printing date) payment cannot be refunded. To receive a full refund we would need to have notice of cancellation of the order by 5pm the day before your printing date. No changes can be made to the artwork after the order had gone to print.
Proofreading
Whilst we take the utmost care to check for spelling and punctuation mistakes within the artwork, it is your responsability (as the customer) to do the final proof read and sign off. Please take your time to read through the final PDF proofs your are sent, to ensure they meet your approval. Following the sign off from the customer with the final proofs, any reprints due to errors would have to be printed at your own cost. Please check especially that your names, venue names and the timings for your wedding are all correct.
Copyright
If you would like to include any quotes, poems, extracts from books, or hymns in any piece of stationery (such as an Order of Service or Invitation), then you will need to obtain the correct and up to date copyright license giving us permission to reprint the work. Obtaining the correct copyright to use underneath the appropriate hymn/poem etc, is your responsibility and by signing the order form you are agreeing to take full responsibility for this. Kelly Geeson Designs cannot be held responsible for being supplied with an incorrect copyright license. We can offer you suggestions of where to look to obtain the correct copyright information, please contact us for suggestions.
Loss or damage in the post
We use a next day courier service for our stationery deliveries, as we find this is the most reliable and efficient way of delivering our stationery. All parcels are trackable and we have never had a problem with lost parcels. Kelly Geeson Designs cannot be held responsible for damage caused to a parcel during delivery. We take the utmost care to ensure our stationery is wrapped securely and carefully. If a parcel was to arrive with any damage to the stationery inside, please return the damaged items within 7 days so that we can file a claim for a refund on your behalf through the courier company. We will do our best to reclaim the cost of the order from the courier company, but cannot guarantee to obtain any or the full amount. Any reprints needed due to damage in the post will be charged for.
If you are unhappy with your final order
You will always be sent a final PDF to approve before your final order is printed, this can be accompanied by a final printed sample upon request. There will be no changes made to the artwork following your final approval which ensures that no unforeseen errors can be made. We always fully check orders that we receive from our printer before sending them out to the customer. Any complaints about your order must be received within 7 days of when you receive your final order.
Advertising
We do add a small line on the back of our opening invitations advertising our website link. We design this so that it is very discreet and matches your invitation colours. We don’t use our website name anywhere that may interfere with the design of an invitation, and would be happy to leave it off completely upon your request.
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services.
Variations in the product
Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the digital print production process. Minor differences in colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund. We accept no responsibility for any effects of ageing on the materials used.
