Ordering is simple and easy. We recommend you use the following services to help you decide on your Invitations…

Then simply follow the steps below!
1 – Book a printing date

2 – Email us your order details
Please email us at orders@kellygeesondesigns.co.uk listing all the details of your order. Please tell us the following details in your email:
- The number of each item you require (eg. 50 x opening card daytime invitations, on pearlescent card).
- The format you would like for each item (eg. 50 x opening card daytime invitations, on pearlescent card).
- The card finish you would like (eg. 50 x opening card daytime invitations, on pearlescent card).
- Any additional finishes you would like (such as embellishments or ribbons).
Please make use of our Instant Quote tool to check your choices against your budget first.
Once we have received your email, we will then fill in an order form and email it back to you for you to print, sign and return with payment.
3 – Receiving and approving your proofs
When we have emailed you your order form, please take your time to read through the details of the order thoroughly to make sure we have understood your requirements exactly and that you are placing the correct order. Once the order has gone to print we will be unable to ammend or cancel the order.
When we receive a signed order form we will email you a final PDF proof of each item requested for you to approve before printing. You are welcome to request any changes you would like to the artwork at this stage. We would normally have already decided on the final wording and design during the sample process. It is very important for you to read through all the text carefully to check for spelling errors (especially of names and places) and that all the times and other information are correct. We take great care to ensure that all spellings are correct, but ultimately once this proof has been approved the responsability for any errors would lie with the client, so please check the proof thoroughly.
4 – Make your payment
You can pay via cheque or bank transfer.
5 – Receive your order
The order takes 2-3 weeks to be printed and delivered. As soon as we are ready to send your order out to you, we will send you an email giving you 24 hours notice of delivery. We use a next day courier service, and select the pre-midday delivery option where possible.
